on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems to root HTC One X or any other compatible
device.
Procedure:
Step # 02: Now you need to boot your device into bootloader
mode, you can active it by power-off the handset, and then turn on the device
by pressing the ‘volume down’ button.
Step # 03: Simply extract the ‘r1-endeavor-superboot.zip‘ that
you downloaded in the first step.
Step # 04: Below are the separate steps/commands for the
Windows, Mac, and Linux users respectively:
Windows: Double click on ‘install-superboot-windows.bat‘
file.
Mac: Open the Terminal application that must be pointing to
directory that contains the extracted files and type the following command without commas:
"chmod +x install-superboot-mac.sh ./install-superboot-mac.sh"
Linux: Open Terminal application on your Linux OS that is
pointing the directory where extracted the files are restored. Type the
following command without commas:
"chmod +x install-superboot-linux.sh
./install-superboot-linux.sh"
